Japanese style pasta with bacon and pumpkin

Ingredients (Servings 2)

Tomato
(cut into bite-size pieces)

Onion
(cut in wedges)
1/4
Spinach
(cut to 3 cm long pieces)
60 g
Squash
(cut to 7mm width)
120 g
Bacon
(cut to 7 mm width)
40 g
Pasta
160 g
Ryotei No Aji Miso & Easy
3 tbsp.
Olive oil
1 tbsp.

Recipe

1.
Cut the squash, and cook for 2 minutes in a microwave at 500w.

Boil water in a pan and cook the pasta.
3.
Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, sauté the onion and bacon. When onion becomes soft, add the tomato and sauté.
4.
Simmer the squash and cooked pasta, adding a small amount of the pasta cooking water. Mix in liquid miso to finish.
