Miso Ramen

Ingredients (Servings 2)

Fresh ramen
1 serving
Boiled egg
1/2 to 1 egg
Bean sprouts
1/3 bag
Green onions
1 tbsp.
Menma
(seasoned cooked bamboo shoots)
as needed
[Miso soup]
Dashi stock
400 cc
Chicken broth base
1 tbsp.
Miso
1.5 tbsp.
White ground sesame seeds
1 tbsp.
Garlic paste
2 cm
Sugar
1 tsp.
Sesame oil
3 to 4 drops

Recipe

1.
Prepare the boiled egg. Stirfry the bean sprouts in sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Grate the green onions.

Place the all ingredients for the [Miso Soup], except for the dashi stock, in a bowl.

Ladle the warmed dashi stock in the bowl prepared in Step 2. Carefully stir.

Heat the water in a pot to cook the ramen. Add the ramen when the water comes to a boil. *Noodle firmness varies by preference, but follow the cooking time provided on the packaging.
5.
When the ramen is cooked, drain the noodles in a strainer. Add to the bowl in Step 3. Top with bean sprouts, pork, green onions, and the boiled egg, and serve.
