Ingredients (Servings 2)

Mackerel
2 pcs
Green peppers
2 pcs
[Sauce]
Ryotei no Aji Miso & Easy
1 tbsp.
Sugar
1 tbsp.
Water
1 tbsp.

Recipe

1.
Score the mackerel skin. Cut the green peppers into quarters and remove the seeds.
2.
Mix the “sauce” in a heat resistant bowl.
Place the mackerel from Step 1, skin side down in the bowl. Use a spoon to coat the fish with the sauce.
3.
Place the green peppers on top, and cover with plastic wrap (leave one corner open to vent).
4.
Cook for 3 minutes in the microwave at 600w.
