Ingredients (Servings 2)

Cherry tomatoes

Tomyo pea sprouts
1/2 pack
Eggs

Ryotei no Aji Miso & Easy
2 tbsp.
Sesame oil
2 tbsp.
Cornstarch
as needed
Pepper
as needed

Recipe

(Preparation: beat the egg and set aside)
1.
Coat the pork in cornstarch. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes. Cut the tomyo pea spouts into long strips.
2.
Heat 1 tbsp. of the sesame oil in a fry pan. Add the beaten egg, cook over high heat, and then set aside.
3.
Heat 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in the same fry pan, and sauté the ingredients in Step 1. Add the liquid miso.
4.
Return the egg, stir gently. Transfer to a plate and garnish with pepper.
