Low Carb Cake with Soy Flour and Egg

Water

Granulated Sweetener

Recipe

 
[Preparation]
Preheat oven with 180℃.
1.
Separate egg into yolk and white. Mix (a) and the yolk.
2.
Beat the egg white until stiff, glossy peaks form.
3.
Mix [1] and [2] gradually.
4.
Pour into cake pan and base with oven for approx. 18 minutes with 180℃.
5.
Serve with whipped cream to your liking.
