된장 치즈 탁카 루비

재료 (4 인분)

닭 허벅지
250g
Potato
1 조각
양파
1 조각
Cabbage
4~5 leaves
샐러드 오일
1 큰술
Pizza Cheese

Plus Koji Koji Bijin Miso
3 큰술
케첩
3 큰술
미린
1 큰술
마늘 (강판)

생강 (강판)

배합식

1.
Cut chicken and potato into bite-size. Cut onion into wedges. Chop cabbage into proper size.
2.
Put cut potato into heat resistant bowl, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Heat in microwave (600W) for 3 minutes.
3.
Put (a) into a bowl and mix.
4.
Heat salad oil in a electric griddle with middle heat. Add chicken and half amount of mixed (a), then cook.
5.
Just before the chicken is cooked, add vegetables and the rest of mixed (a). Stir and steam with the lid on for 4 ~ 5 minutes.
6.
After removing the lid and mixing thoroughly, make space in the center of the griddle then add cheese.
7.
Put the lid on and steam to melt the cheese for 2 ~ 3 minutes.
