Boiled Chicken Wings with Shoyu-Koji and Koji Amazake

Koji Amazake
120ml
Vinegar
100ml
Water
50ml

Recipe

1.
Wipe off chicken wing sticks to remove moisture.
2.
Put sesame oil in a pot over middle heat. Add chicken wing sticks and cook until lightly browned.
3.
Add (a) in the pot and when boiled, put peeled boiled egg. Put the lid and boil for 20 minutes with middle heat.
4.
Serve in the dish and add string beans boiled in salt water.
