Chicken Teriyaki With Koji Amazake

Soy Sauce

Ginger (grated)

Recipe

1.
Sprinkle a little salt on chicken and leave it for 10 minutes. Remove moisture from chicken with kitchen paper and cut into bite-size.

Put (a) into a bowl and coat chicken with the sauce.

Put the chicken into the zipped bag, remove the air and then freeze it.
Chicken Teriyaki With Koji Amazake

Put the frozen bag into a bowl and defrost with water.
5.
Put vegetable oil in a pan then cook the chicken with the skin side down.
6.
When the skin gets burned, turn it up side down. Pour 1 tbsp. of water and cover the pan. Steam chicken until it gets cooked thoroughly.

When the chicken gets cooked, serve hot with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
