Daizu Labo Dried Soy Meat Minced

Green Onion

Shiitake Mushroom (or other mushrooms)

Ginger (grated)

Garlic (grated)

Chili Oil

Cooking Sake (or White Wine)

Miso
1 tbsp.
Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp.
Sugar
1/2 tsp.
Soup Stock (any kinds)
10g
Chili Pepper
A little
Sesame Oil

Starch
2 tsp.
Water
1 tbsp.
Recipe
[Preparation]
Chop Green Onion, mushroom, garlic and onion.
Cut tofu into 2cm cubes.
Mix (a) and (b)
1.
Put sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a pan and cook with middle heat. When the smell comes out, add green onion and mushrooms then cook.

Add (a) and soy meat in the pan and cook until boiled. Put the cover and cook with low heat for approx. 5 minutes.
3.
Add tofu and cook until boiled again, put (b) to make it sticky.
4.
Sprinkle chili oil to your liking.
