Dried Soy Meat Block

Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp.
Cooking Sake (or Cooking Wine)
1/2 tbsp.
Ginger (grated)
1/2 teaspoon
Garlic (grated)
1/2 teaspoon

Recipe

1.
Boil Soy Meat 30g for about 5 minutes. After that, wash well with water to remove the lye. After that, squeeze it well and drain it.

Put the rehydrated Soy Meat in a bowl, add (a), mix well, and soak for a while.
3.
Sprinkle potato starch to the soy meat.
4.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and fry. When the color is just right, serve on a plate.
