豬肉（切片）: 60克
Chinese Cabbage (or Chicory): 400克
Fried Tofu (or Tofu): 60克
蔥: 1
Ginger (shredded): 10克

KOJI BIJIN MISO: 2湯匙
Plus糀　糀甘酒LL: 125毫升
生薑磨碎）: 1湯匙
Sesame Seeds (ground): 1湯匙
湯料（任何種類）: 300毫升

食譜

1.: Cut Chinese cabbage into 2cm width and fried tofu into bite sizes. Cut green onion diagonally into 1cm width.

2.: Put (a) in a pot and boil. Add Chinese cabbage, fried tofu and pork and after boiled, put green onion.

3.: When the ingredients cooked, sprinkle shredded ginger.
