Chop cabbage and spinach, cut carrots into strips, green onions into thin slices, and shimeji mushrooms into small bunches.
2.
Boil water and cook vegetables.
3.
When the vegetables are cooked, stop the fire and put granulated powder miso. Mix well and serve hot.
