White Stew Made with Soy Four White Sauce

Onion

Carrot
80g
Broccoli

Soy Flour White Sauce
140g
Consomme Soup
200cc

[Preparation]
Cut broccoli into florets and blanch.
Make Soy Flour White Sauce (instructions here)

Cut the chicken and carrot into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion into wedges.

Place the chicken, carrot and onions in a pot and dry-fry, stirring. Once the chicken browns and the onions soften, add the consommé soup and simmer.
3.
Once the carrots are cooked, add the Soy Flour White Sauce and simmer over low heat.
4.
Stirring constantly, cook until the stew thickens. Season with salt. Add the blanched broccoli and heat through.
