Grilled Miso Pork Loin
Ingredients (2 Servings)
Pork Loin (chunk)
250g
EKIMISO RYOUTEI NO AJI 430G
2 tbsp.
Mirin
2 tbsp.
(if Mirin is not available, use 30 ml of White Wine and 1 tsp. of Honey)
Sesame Oil
2 tsp.
Garlic (grated)
1 tsp.
Recipe
1.
Put all the seasonings in a zipped plastic bag and mix.
2.
Add pork loin in the bag and coat the meat thoroughly with the seasoning. Remove the air, make the bag flat and freeze.
3.
Defrost the bag under running water.
4.
Put defrosted pork loin in a frying pan without cooking oil. (Keep the seasoning sauce in the bag.)
5.
Cook well both sides of the pork loin with middle heat. When cooked thoroughly, take the pork in a dish.
6.
Put the remaining seasoning sauce in the pan and cook off the excess liquid. When the sauce gets thick, pour on the pork loin.
