Saumon cuit en papillote avec Shoyu Koji

Koji au Shoyu Plus Koji 200 G
3 cuillères à soupe
Salmon
2 filets
Mushrooms (any kinds)
25g
Oignon
50g (1/2 piece)
Poivre vert
35g (1 piece)
Yellow Paprika
35g (1/4 piece)
Le beurre
10g

Recette

1.
Cut the vegetables into proper sizes.
2.
Put salmon and vegetables in a foil and pour Plus Koji Shoyu Koji 200g, then wrap it with the foil. Grill it with the toaster or griller for approx. 15 minutes.
3.
Take out the foil and open it. Put butter on the top.
