Recette

1.
Stab several places at the skin side of chicken with a folk.
2.
Marinade the chicken with Koji Amazake and soy sauce for more than 10 minutes.
3.
Put [2] on the aluminum foil and fold the edge of the aluminum foil and make it dish-shaped. Add the remaining sauce in it.
4.
Cook with oven toaster for approx. 15 minutes until the surface turns crisp and brown in color.
