Garlic (grated)
1/2 tsp.
Ginger (grated)
1/2 tsp.

1 tbsp.
Recipe
1.
Put pork and (a) in a zipped bag and rub well to mix.
2.
Cut onion into 1cm width. Slice carrot and green pepper.
3.
Put cut vegetables into the same zipped bag as 1. Remove the air and close the zipper and keep in the freezer. (It can be stored for approx. 1 month.)
4.
Move the frozen pork into refrigerator and defrost.
5.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook with middle heat.
