Gingembre

1 and 1/2 tbsp.
Cuisson du saké (ou du vin blanc)
1 cuillère à soupe.
Mirin (or 1 tsp. of Honey)

Recette

 
[Preparation]
Boil soy meat and drain water.
Boil green beans lightly and cut diagonally.

Peel ginger and chop.

Mix soy meat, [1] and (a) in a heat resistant bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Heat with microwave for 2 minutes with 500w.

Take out the bowl and mix once again with a spoon. Take out plastic wrap and heat in microwave again for 1 minute. Take out the bowl and mix again.
4.
Beat egg in the bowl and add (b) then mix.
5.
Warm up a pot, add [4] and cook while mixing quickly until it gets scrambled.
6.
Dish up rice in a bowl and put [3] and [4] one half each. Decorate with green bean.
